Once an antique fur clip, this beautifully aged floral piece has been reimagined as a pendant necklace while preserving all of the character that makes the original jewel so special. Sourced in Normandy, France and estimated to date from approximately 1890–1920, the pendant features pale cream enamel petals, soft green enamel leaves and an openwork gold-tone frame with organic, flowing detail. At the center sits a faceted amber-colored rhinestone, adding a warm focal point against the softly aged enamel and antique metalwork. The visible craquelure, patina and tonal variation are part of the piece’s age and history, giving this one-of-a-kind necklace its distinctive old-world character.
